The 2 Most Important Things You Will Want to Know...
(that I would have wanted someone to tell me when I was going through my hard times)
#1: If happiness feels hard or like it takes a lot of ongoing effort, then chances are you are not doing it correctly.
Most people make a ton of effort to be happy or think positive or talk about their problems to try to get rid of them, but...
It's important to remember that your subconscious mind is running 90-95% of your brain! So these methods are not going to be effective.
So, simply put, you cannot get the results that you want by using only your conscious mind. It won't work!
AND, it's also important to remember that your brain creates neural pathways that create patterns.
So... the only way to really change your brain is to CHANGE YOUR Neural Pathways.
Most people don't know how to do this, and it will cause them to struggle for their entire life against the "paths" that are in their brains.
And, that is not a criticism. (I was doing the same thing.)
I was trying to change my brain with:
- "positive thinking"
- binaural beats
- straining to visualize
- special frequencies, etc.
I was doing "all of the stuff". But it didn't work.
Remember, to shortcut aka "hack" the process, you will need to focus specifically on creating new neural pathways.
That is the key to making happiness easier and lasting!

Most people are making the same mistake I was making: hoping their life will change but feeling like they are stuck. I did that.
There was one very important thing I was overlooking at the time: that all change starts from within. I had no idea how true this was.
